General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and jellievo (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jellievo website or its associated services — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and payment processing — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using jellievo immediately and, if applicable, close your account in accordance with the Account Closure provisions below.

jellievo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior individual notice to players. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the jellievo website. Continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between an English version and any translated version (if produced for informational purposes), the English version shall prevail in all respects.

This Agreement should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall terms governing your use of jellievo. Where a promotional offer has specific terms attached, those promotional terms shall also be incorporated by reference.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jellievo is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jellievo is strictly an adult platform. Players under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or claim any promotional offer under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing jellievo as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether administered by jellievo itself or by any recognised responsible gambling organisation.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when registering, depositing funds, or placing bets.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your local laws permit participation in online gambling before creating an account.

jellievo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Until satisfactory proof of age is provided, jellievo may suspend access to withdrawals or freeze the account pending verification.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All funds deposited by an underage player — including any winnings accumulated — will be forfeited and may be donated to a responsible gambling charity. jellievo will not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the closure of an underage account.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of jellievo services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, jellievo reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any bonus funds. In cases of suspected fraud, all real-money balances may also be subject to review before release.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jellievo will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Notify jellievo support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not permit any third party to access your account or place bets on your behalf.

jellievo may, at its discretion, require enhanced identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any point during the account lifecycle — particularly before processing withdrawals above certain BDT thresholds, after a prolonged period of account inactivity, or where unusual account activity is detected. Requested KYC documents must be submitted within 14 days of the request; failure to do so may result in account suspension.

All personal information submitted to jellievo is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you explicitly consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jellievo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupees (INR). The following payment methods are currently supported for BDT transactions: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods and applicable transaction limits may change from time to time; the most current information is always displayed within your account's cashier section.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your jellievo account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jellievo is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network outages. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes for fully verified accounts. Other methods may take up to 3 business days depending on banking partners. jellievo reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

Pending Bonus Wagering: If your account has an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, your withdrawal request will be subject to the wagering rules of that specific promotion. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement may result in the bonus and associated bonus winnings being removed from your balance. Real-money funds deposited above the bonus amount remain withdrawable at any time, subject to identity verification requirements.

• jellievo does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• All transactions are processed in the currency of the payment method used. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are displayed at the time of the transaction.
• Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the available balance, after 30 days' prior notice to the registered email address.
• Funds deposited on jellievo are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes.

Bonuses & Promotions

jellievo offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL season, the T20 World Cup, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotional page, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out here.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotional page. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated bonus winnings being removed from your account.

Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage (commonly 10%–20%). Crash games and sports bets may have separate contribution rates. The exact contribution table is published on the promotions page and may be updated periodically.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play and may not be used in conjunction with certain betting strategies (e.g., arbitrage, hedging, low-risk betting patterns) that are designed to exploit the bonus without genuine play. jellievo reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings where such strategies are detected.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• jellievo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect bonus being awarded.
• Where a promotional offer is found to have been claimed by multiple accounts controlled by the same individual, all associated accounts and bonuses may be voided.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on jellievo, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — namely, lawful personal entertainment through casino gaming and sports betting — and to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification; impersonating another individual; using forged or altered identity documents.
• Money Laundering: Using jellievo to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity. jellievo maintains an anti-money laundering (AML) compliance programme and is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live game shows, or any multiplayer format.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, screen-scraping software, or any other automated means to access, play, or interact with jellievo games or services.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal (chargeback) with your bank or payment provider without first contacting jellievo support to resolve the dispute. Unjustified chargebacks will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and debt recovery action.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times using duplicate accounts, or manipulating game play specifically to exploit bonus wagering conditions.
• Harmful Conduct: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive communication with jellievo staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.
• Commercial Use: Using the jellievo platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a bookmaking business, reselling access, or advertising third-party services without explicit written authorisation from jellievo.

jellievo employs real-time fraud detection and risk management systems. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed under review without prior notice. During a review period, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay may be suspended. jellievo will endeavour to complete any review within 14 business days and will communicate the outcome to the registered email address on the account.

Account Suspension & Closure

jellievo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that a player is under the age of 18.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or by a responsible gaming referral process.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting jellievo customer support via live chat. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure. A closed account cannot be reopened except where the closure was initiated under a temporary cool-off or self-exclusion arrangement that has since expired.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, you will lose access to any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits that have not yet been converted to real-money winnings through completed wagering. Real-money balances held at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 14 business days, provided no fraud investigation is pending.

Limitation of Liability

jellievo provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably, securely, and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or entirely free of technical faults. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party service outages, and unforeseen technical failures may periodically affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jellievo and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jellievo platform.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if jellievo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Technical errors, display errors, or software malfunctions originating from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, or NetEnt. In the event of a confirmed technical malfunction affecting a game round, jellievo will follow the resolution procedure specified by the relevant game provider, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the staked amount.
• Any losses arising from a player's decision to gamble, including losses incurred while using promotional bonuses.

Nothing in this Agreement limits jellievo's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint regarding your account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other aspect of the jellievo service, please contact our customer support team in the first instance via live chat. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If you remain unsatisfied after our internal resolution process, you may escalate the matter in writing to support@jellievo with the subject line "Formal Complaint". All formal complaints will receive a written response within 14 business days.

Intellectual Property: All content on the jellievo platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jellievo or its licensed content providers. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any applicable promotional terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and jellievo with respect to your use of the platform, and supersedes all prior understandings, representations, or agreements.
